Software AG is a German enterprise software company specializing in business infrastructure software, data integration, IoT, and process management. Founded in 1969 in Darmstadt, Germany, it has been active in Israel since 2005 following the acquisition of Sabratec, and later acquired SPL and Jacada in 2007 to form the Software AG R&D Center in Israel. In 2024, Software AG sold most of its product portfolio to IBM (StreamSets, webMethods) and to Silver Lake.
